# Troubleshooting

## Can't sign in

* Double-check your email address.
* Try resetting your password.
* If you use SSO through your organization, confirm you’re using the correct provider.

## Not receiving emails

* Check your spam/junk folder.
* Wait a few minutes and try again.

## Still stuck?

* The email you’re trying to sign in with
* What you expected to happen vs what happened
* The browser/device you’re using
