</Frame>

## What is this?

Not every task deserves the same energy.

Priority lets you flag each task as **Low**, **Medium**, **High**, or
**Urgent**, or leave it **Neutral**, so the important stuff stands out
at a glance.

## How does it work?

Open a task's [details](/ios/task-details) and pick a priority.

<Frame>
  <img src="https://mintcdn.com/forgetwork/8SAVTfjKX5FHy06u/images/ios/priority-picker.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=8SAVTfjKX5FHy06u&q=85&s=0cdc77bf41d9eaf61eb44ef010703000" alt="Priority menu inside the task details view" style={{ borderRadius: "0.5rem", width: "100%", maxWidth: "380px" }} width="900" height="800" data-path="images/ios/priority-picker.png" />
</Frame>

The task then shows a small colored letter chip in your list, so you
can spot your priorities without opening anything.

<Info>
  You can also [sort and filter](/ios/filter-sort) your list by
  priority.
